6.F. - Page 96 of 180 <br />At CORE, our proven method ologyfordelivery of projects consists of a progression between the <br />following four phases and their project tasks and deliverables. <br />Phase I- Initiation and Planning <br />All projects include an onsite design meetingto identify key personnel and to understand your business <br />processesto insure the revenue collection system will meetyourneeds now and in the future. Duringthe <br />Design Meeting, COREwill gather requirementsforsystem interfaces and develop a Draft Project Design <br />Specifications Document. An understanding of existing business rules and transaction types will lay the <br />foundation fora successful project outcome. <br />Phase II- ProlectConfirmation & Design <br />The objective of Phase llistocreate the Design Specifications documentwhichwill actasa blueprintfora <br />successful implementation of iPayment. COREwillobtain the City's sign -off forthe Finalized Design <br />Specifications Document. <br />Phase III- Programming&Configuration <br />In this phase, the goal is to configure iPayment and create the Test Environmentthat wiII allow the assigned <br />the City personnel to review the application before it is pushed into an active state. Usingthe Design <br />Specifications Document as a basis of understanding, CORE'steam of professionals wilI apply this <br />information and knowledge obtai ned from Phases I and II to configure and establ ish the Test Environment. <br />Phase IV- Training, Testi Ing &Cutover/Go Live <br />The objective in Phase IV is to require testing of the iPayment application by designated the City personnel <br />and del ivertrainiIng tothis group priorto the application going into production. This will iInsure a positive <br />deployment experience. CORE will make necessary changes in compliance with Phase II design <br />specifications and after successful acceptance testing, iPayment will then be transitioned and configured <br />into the City's Production Environment at a cutover/go-I ive date. <br />SOFTWARE SUPPORT <br />CORE will provide support for i Payment consisting of application enhancements, releases, fixes, <br />configuration changes, support for implemented data exchanges as well as technology support forthe <br />hosting of our application in our PCI Level -1 certified data center. <br />Access to technical assistance and advice in the operation of CORE payment processing products will be <br />available through CORE'sSoftware Support group. Support service includes: <br />• Troubleshooting <br />• Answering questions to problems not clearly answered in the appropriate manuals <br />• Advising Customer on how to configure the CORE ASP Service and Equipment to suit <br />individual requirements <br />• Assisting with implementation of upgrades <br />SAAS DEPLOYMENT <br />iPayment is collocated at a secure data center protected with industry -standard encryption, physical <br />security, and redundant technologies.
