6.A. - Page 19 of 21 <br />Deliverables <br />• StriveTogether Planning Retreat <br />• StriveTogether Community Summit <br />• Redwood City 2020/CIS Implementation Plan <br />Phase 2 — Starting Strong <br />June, 2019 — February, 2020 <br />Objectives <br />During the Starting Strong phase, Consultant will partner with Redwood City 2020 and <br />key stakeholders to ensure program leads, site coordinators and principals are <br />supported, trained and oriented to implement the CIS Model. The overall efforts and <br />activities are captured in the implementation plan from Phase 1. The objectives for <br />Phase 2 are: <br />• Prepare program lead for implementation through the Community Schools <br />Initiative of Redwood City School District, Sequoia Union High School District, <br />and Canada College <br />• Prepare site coordinators for implementation; and <br />• Orient principals and key school -level staff (i.e. counselors, assistant principals, <br />etc.) to CIS Model roles and responsibilities <br />• Implement CIS Model in designated schools <br />Ar-fivifiPc <br />Consultant will: <br />• Deliver a Foundations Workshop (1.5 Days) in order to: <br />o Train Site Coordinators on the CIS Model and how to use Community In <br />Schools Data Management (CISDM) system as a resource to deliver the <br />CIS Model; <br />o Train Program Leads on the CIS Model and how to use CISDM system <br />and other resources to monitor the implementation of the CIS Model; and <br />o Orient Principals <br />• Conduct 2-3 virtual Booster Meetings for site coordinators <br />• Conduct and facilitate mid -year in-person implementation meeting to include any <br />required training and further orientation <br />• Conduct twice -monthly coaching calls with program leads <br />• Provide on-going support and technical assistance to site coordinators, program <br />lead and other relevant Redwood City 2020 personnel on CIS model <br />implementation <br />• Submit mid -year progress reports to Redwood City 2020 <br />Deliverables <br />• Foundations Workshop <br />• 2-3 Virtual Booster Meetings <br />• Mid -year progress reports <br />Page 11 of 13 <br />ATTY/AGR/2019.116/ COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS <br />REV: 05-07-19 RL <br />q1 <br />
