7.A. - Page 2 of 141 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The project is located in two areas described as "Broadway Block" and "Bay Block" on either side of Woodside <br />Road. The project would involve demolishing all existing structures and construction of new mixed uses <br />described below. No development is proposed for <br />building clusters.
