Number: D04 <br />Name: Release 3 Prepared <br />Stage: 2 - Config & Prototype ITrack: <br />3 -Development <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: Following the F04 Conduct Prototype 2 milestone the project team will determine the scope <br />of configuration and development items required for the FOS Conduct Prototype 3 prototype sessions. The <br />D04 Release 3 Prepared milestone is the completion of those configuration and development items <br />required for die prototype sessions. Forall development items, the project team will followthe standards <br />defined by the P02 Development Approach deliverable. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Release 3 Prepare Prototype 3 Environment milestone for <br />each project phase, resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• D04.1 Release 3 Prepared - Phase 1 <br />• D04.2 Release 3 Prepared - Phase 2 <br />• D04.3 Release 3 Prepared - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• City assigned data requests <br />• City assigned data validation <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• CherryRoad assigned data loads <br />• CherryRoad assigned Configuration tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned security tasks <br />Acceptance Criteria: The D04 Release 3 Prepared will include the application configuration and <br />development items scheduled for Prototype 3. <br />Deliverable Assumptions: <br />1. Following F04 Conduct Prototype 2 milestone, the CherryRoad Project Manager will provide a <br />Release 3 schedule indicating the application configuration and development items that will be <br />included in D04 <br />2. The Prototype 3 sessions are schedule to be conducted at the end of Stage 2 - Configuration and <br />Prototypes.
