Number: DOS <br />Name: Release 4 Prepared <br />Stage:3 -Testing & Training <br />ITrack: 3 - Development <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: Following the FOS Conduct Prototype 3 milestone the project team will determine the scope <br />of configuration and development items required for the F07 System Integration Test environment. The <br />DOS Release 4 Prepared milestone is the completion of those configuration and development items <br />required forthe system integration test. For all development items, the project team will follow the <br />standards defined by the P02 Development Approach deliverable. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Release 4 Prepared milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• DO5.1 Release 4 Prepared - Phase 1 <br />• D05.2 Release 4 Prepared - Phase 2 <br />• DO5.3 Release 4 Prepared - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• City assigned conversion tasks <br />• City assigned interface tasks <br />• City assigned report tasks <br />• City assigned security tasks <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• CherryRoad assigned conversion tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned interface tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned report tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned security tasks <br />Acceptance Criteria: The DOS Release 4 Prepare Acceptance Test Environment will include the <br />application configuration and development items scheduled for system integration test. Each DOS <br />development item will be developed and unit tested in accordance with the standards defined by the D02 <br />Development Approach. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. Following FOS Conduct Prototype 3 milestone, the CherryRoad Project Manager will provide a <br />Release 4 schedule indicating the application configuration and development items that will be <br />included in DOS <br />2. System integration test sessions are schedule to be conducted during Stage 3 -Testing and <br />Training.
