Number: D06 <br />Name: Release 5 Prepared <br />Stage:3 -Testing & Training <br />I Track: 3 - Development <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: Following the F07 Complete System Integration Test milestone the project team will <br />determine the scope of configuration and development items required for the FOS User Acceptance Test <br />environment The D06 Release 5 Prepared milestone is the completion of those configuration and <br />development items required for the user acceptance test For all development items, the project team will <br />follow the standards defined by the P02 Development Approach deliverable. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be Release 4 Prepared milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• D06.1 Release 5 Prepared - Phase 1 <br />• D06.2 Release 5 Prepared - Phase 2 <br />• D06.3 Release 5 Prepared - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• City assigned conversion tasks <br />• City assigned interface tasks <br />• City assigned report tasks <br />• City assigned security tasks <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• CherryRoad assigned conversion tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned interface tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned report tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned security tasks <br />Acceptance Criteria: The D06 Release 5 Prepare Acceptance Test Environment will include the <br />application configuration and development items scheduled for user acceptance test. Each D06 <br />development item will be developed and unit tested in accordance with the standards defined by the D02 <br />Development Approach. <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />3. Following F07 Complete System Integration Test milestone, the CherryRoad Project Manager will <br />provide a Release 5 schedule indicating the application configuration and development items that <br />will be included in D06 <br />4. Acceptance Test sessions are schedule to be conducted during Stage 3 - Testing and Training.
