Number: D07Name: <br />Production System Go Live <br />Stage: 4- Implement &Support <br />ITrack: 3 -Development <br />I Type: Milestone <br />Description: The D07 Production System Go Live milestone marks the completion of each task identified <br />in the corresponding P06 Production Cutover Plan as being require forgo live, and system users can log in, <br />access data, and input data as required in the system. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Production System Go Live milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• D07.1 Production System Go Live- Phase 1 <br />• D07.2 Production System Go Live - Phase 2 <br />• D07.3 Production System Go Live- Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Complete City assigned tasks as defined by P06 Production Cutover Plan <br />• Create final conversion files/data <br />• Support establishment of Production security and users <br />• Conduct final validation <br />CherryRoad Role: Cherry Road will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Complete Cherry Road assigned tasks as defined by the P06 Production Cutover Plan <br />• Prepare, configure, and deliver Production System <br />• Establish production security and users <br />• Execute final conversions <br />• Support validation of Production data <br />• Knowledge transfer and user (system and end-user) documentation <br />• Design and Configuration documentation <br />Acceptance Criteria: The acceptance criteria for this deliverable are the successful completion and <br />documentation of each task in the corresponding P06 Deployment Plan 1 deliverable. For each task in the <br />plan, the actual results will be captured including: <br />1. Task status <br />2. Actual resource assigned <br />3. Actual completion date/time <br />4. Comments <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. During the execution of the D07 Production System Go Live milestone, the project team will <br />provide regular communications to the City user community regarding status and issues. The <br />communication methods will be consistent with die 002 Organizational Change Management Plan. <br />2. Resolution of all issues will be completed, or a timeline identified for resolution agreed upon by <br />the City. <br />3. Knowledge transfer and documentation complete <br />4.
