At CORE, our proven methodology for delivery of projects consists of a progression between the <br />fol Iowing four phases and the irprojecttasks and deliverables. <br />Phase I- Initiation and Planning <br />All projects include an onsite design meeting to identify key personneIand to understand your business <br />processes to insure the revenue collection system will meet your needs now and in the future. During the <br />Design Meeting, CORE will gather requirements forsystem interfaces and develop a Draft Project Design <br />Specifications Document. An understanding of existing business rules and transaction types will lay the <br />foundation fora as project outcome. <br />Phase II- Project Confirmation & Design <br />The objective of Phase II is to create the Design Specifications document which will act as a blueprint for a <br />successful implementation of iPayment. CORE wiIIobtain the City's sign-offforthe Finalized Design <br />Specifications Document. <br />Phase III- Programming & Configuration <br />In this phase, the goal is to configure iPayment and create the Test Environment that will allow the assigned <br />the City personnel to review the application before it is pushed into an active state. Using the Design <br />Specifications Document as a basis of understanding, CORE'S team of professionals will applythis <br />information and knowledge obtained from Phases I and II to configure and establish the Test Environment. <br />Phase IV -Training, Testing & Cutover/Go Live <br />The objective in Phase IV is to require testing of the i Payment application by designated the City personnel <br />and delivertrainingtothisgroup priorto the application going into production. Thiswill insurea positive <br />deployment experience. COREwill make necessary changes in compliance with Phase II design <br />specifications and aftersuccessful acceptance testing, iPayment will then be transitioned and configured <br />intothe City's Production Environment ata cutover/go-live date. <br />SOFTWARE SUPPORT <br />CORE will provide supportforiPayment consisting of application enhancements, releases, fixes, <br />configuration changes, supportfor implemented data exchanges aswell as technology support forthe <br />hosting of our application in our PCI Level -1 certified data center. <br />Accessto technical assistance and advice inthe operation of CORE payment processing productswill be <br />available through CORE's Software Supportgroup. Supportservice includes: <br />• Troubleshooting <br />• Answering questions to problems not clearly answered in the appropriate manuals <br />• Advising Customer on how to configure the CORE ASP Service and Equipment to suit <br />individual requirements <br />• Assisting with implementation of upgrades <br />SAAS DEPLOYMENT <br />i Payment is collocated at a secure data center protected with industry -standard encryption, physical <br />security, and red undanttechnologies.
