6.J. - Page 21 of 108 <br />contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor in <br />writing of the intent to extend the contract. <br />B. I nvoici ne <br />Contractor will submit monthly invoices to: Public Works Services Department, Attn: <br />Superintendent -ROW, 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063. Invoice shall include a unique <br />invoice number, an invoice date, detailed list of items ordered, date items were delivered, and <br />items prices with totals, A sample invoice will be included in the submitted bid. <br />C. Payment <br />If a contract is awarded, the method of payment to the Successful Bidder shall be on a unit price <br />basis with a maximum "not to exceed" fee asset by the Successful Bidder in the bid oras negotiated <br />between the Successful Bidder and the City. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt <br />of an accurate invoice. Payment will be made no more frequently than monthly. <br />D. Redwood_City Business License <br />The Successful Bidder either must possess a current, valid Redwood City business license or have <br />submitted a Redwood City business license application and fee at the time of contract award, <br />Business license information (application, ordinance, fees) can be found by navigating to the City <br />of Redwood City homepage (www.redwoodcity.org) and selecting "Business," "Starting a <br />Business," "Business Licensing." <br />C. Bid Cost <br />The Contractor must complete, sign and submit Attachment A — Bid Pricing Form with Contractor's <br />bid. All pricing must be inclusive, and include all labor, material, and equipment necessary for all <br />tasks listed in this Scope of Services. Provision of this information assists the City in determining <br />whether the Bidder understands the project, whether the costs are fair and reasonable in light of <br />the services to be provided, and provides City staff with tools to negotiate the final cost. <br />The Contractor acknowledges that by submitting a bid, the Contractor's proposed pricing is bound <br />for 90 days after the Bid Submittal Deadline. <br />5iEC"i`IQI 1111, 1`RMS <br />AP* 41TId�I,SI . <br />A.
