j. Luminaire configuration shall allow for modular upgradability and/or field repair of all <br />electrical components (i.e. LED modules, Driver(s), etc.). <br />k. Mounting and housing bolts shall be of non -corrosive material. <br />I. Luminaire door shall be made die cast aluminum low copper content alloy with no <br />polycarbonate or fiberglass material. <br />3. ED light engine <br />a. ED light engines shall be IP66 rated. <br />b. ED light engines shall be a discreet LED array design. No chip on board LED designs are <br />acceptable. <br />c. Lenses shall be created from acrylic to ensure longevity and minimize dirt <br />depreciation. <br />d. ED light engines shall have zero uplight optics reduce sky glow and shall meet Dark <br />Skies requirements. <br />e. Depending on the application, the optic shall have a NEMA Type II, III, IV or V <br />Distribution. <br />4. Luminaire Attachment <br />a. Luminaire shall be able to attach to 1'/<" and/or 2" IPS schedule 40 mast arms (15/8" <br />to 2 3/8" OD). <br />b. Luminaire shall be designed to be able to tilt +/- 5 degrees from horizontal. <br />c. Luminaire shall be designed to withstand 3G vibration testing prescribed in ANSI <br />C136.31. <br />d. Luminaire shall include internal integral leveling bubble to assist in the installation. <br />e. Luminaire mounting arm <br />1) Luminaire shall include 8" Non -Decorative Horizontal Mounting Arm with a 2 -hole <br />drill pattern with .43 -inch -wide slots to allow mounting to bolt patterns ranging <br />from 2.875 inch to 5.5 inch spacing for attachment to square straight aluminum <br />poles. <br />5. Luminaire Markings <br />a. Luminaire shall have external wattage label affixed on underside of luminaire to be <br />seen from ground per ANSI C136.15. <br />b. Luminaire shall have internal label indicating manufacturer's name, product name, <br />input voltage and date of manufacture. <br />6. Wildlife shield shall be a cast in feature (not a separate component). <br />C. ELECTRICAL FOR LED LIGHT FIXTURES AND PHOTOCELL CONTROLLERS <br />1. All electrical components shall be terminated through the use of quick disconnect couplings. <br />a. There shall not be any wire nuts supplied in the luminaire. <br />b. All luminaires shall be equipped with a 3 -station tunnel style terminal block for <br />terminating supply wire. <br />I. Terminal block shall accommodate up to 6 AWG conductors. <br />ii.
