6.F. - Page 3 of 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The estimated cost for the Vera Avenue Bicycle Boulevard Project is $500,000. A total of $200,000 in local <br />funding is available for this project; the City is requesting an additional $300,000 through the TDA3 funding <br />program. The estimated cost for the Redwood City Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is $140,000. The <br />City is requesting $70,000 through the TDA3 funding program, and will cover the required 50 percent local <br />match with local funds. Local match for both projects is included in the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Engineering <br />Division budget. If grants are awarded, a budget amendment and appropriation will be processed to <br />reflect the additional funding. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The actions associated with applying for and accepting funding do not constitute a project pursuant to <br />the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines.
