Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Auditing Services (Caporicci & Larson) Recommendation: M/S Bain /Aguirre to approve amendment to extend the agreement with Caporicci & Larson to provide auditing services for the next four fiscal years. Redwood City Public Art Program Civic Cultural Commissioner Newblanc explained the recommendations from the Commission. Council Members asked various questions pertaining to cost, process, and funding approach. Council Members also stated that funding should be a part of the annual budget and requested that Chico's policy be studied. Recommendation: M/S Howard /Ira to approve by motion the recommendations from the Civic Cultural Commission (Commission) to establish a Redwood City Public Art Program (Program) and authorize the Commission to develop guidelines to implement the Program.
