Collaboration with Partner Agencies Consultant will work closely with partner agencies including Redwood City Outreach Strategy Team, LifeMoves, WeHOPE, Street Life Ministries, Nation’s Finest, Redwood City Police Department, Fair Oaks Community Center, Mental Health Association of San Mateo County, and other key partner agencies as identified by the Homeless Services Manager or designee to assure services to individual Team Members are coordinated. D. Coordination with City of Redwood City Consultant will coordinate with the City of Redwood City on project implementation and performance outcomes, including, but not limited to: Monthly check-ins with the Community Policing Officer, Homeless Services Manager, Public Works Right of Way Superintendent, and other City staff designated by the Homeless Services Manager for the purpose of coordinating, reporting and monitoring Consultant’s efforts to maximize impact; Participation in the monthly Homeless Outreach Team Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings; and Participation in the Redwood City Homeless Outreach and Service Provider’s group; and Participation in other meetings as directed by the Homeless Services Manager. E. Staffing Consultant will build up to a standing Team of at least 20 individuals and serve 60 individuals as Team Members in the contract year. Consultant's staffing will be comprised of one Program Director, one Project Manager, two Case Managers, and three Drivers. The Program Director will be responsible for supervising the Project Manager, providing overall City-wide program management, budgeting, fundraising, staff support, and programmatic vision. The Project Manager will manage Consultant staff and Team Members, as well as all operations, facilitating the weekly Team meeting and be responsible for all community relations. The Project Manager will act as the direct contact for Redwood City and all project partners. The Case Managers will provide resources to Team Members, provide one- on-one case management sessions, provide employment services, advocate for Team Members and build partnerships with service providers, employers and landlords to place Team Members into housing and employment.
