Other Duties <br />Contractor will conduct outreach to businesses in order to expedite <br />hiring processes for Team Members. <br />Contractor will work with the City to develop sustainable funding <br />streams to offset City financial contributions in fiscal year 2020-2021 <br />and beyond, while maintaining the same level of service in the City <br />throughout. <br />2.REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />A. Performance Measures <br />During the term of the Agreement, Contractor will report on the Performance <br />Measures identified below. The City Manager, or their designee, and <br />Contractor may create or update the goals and target dates for any <br />Performance Measure throughout the term of the Agreement by mutual <br />agreement documented in a written amendment.
