Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with TRB + Associates, Inc. to make changes <br />to the fee schedule in the agreement; and <br />2. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with SAFEbuilt, LLC to make changes to the <br />fee schedule in the agreement. <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />In August 2017, the City issued a request for proposals (RFP) for as -needed building inspection and plan <br />review services and also contacted firms known to provide municipal building inspection, plan review, and <br />code enforcement services throughout California. The City received nine proposals from firms and <br />awarded contracts to six firms in February 2018. The firms chosen by the City include CSG Consultants, <br />Inc. (CSG), Interwest Consulting Group (Interwest), SAFEbuilt, LLC (SAFEbuilt), Shums Coda, TRB + <br />Associates, Inc. (TRB), and West Coast Code Consultants, Inc.
