American Datum of 1983 (NAD83) shall be used as horizontal and <br />geometric control datum. <br />v. The Consultant shall request the As-Built/Record Drawings from utility <br />companies (e.g. Comcast, PG&E, AT&T, Pacific Bell, SVCW, MCI, <br />SFPUC, Calwater, RCN, SVCW, etc.) to the selected consultant for <br />inclusion in the survey base map. The City will provide an endorsement <br />letter stating that the Consultant is requesting the information on behalf of <br />the City. <br />vi. The City will provide a sample of an approved topographic survey drawing <br />to be used as reference to conform to City requirements. <br />vii. The City will provide block book drawings to be used as reference in <br />conjunction with the surveyed features stated above to determine <br />alignment of underground utilities. The size and materials of the utilities <br />from the block book drawings shall be checked against the field <br />measurements. Sizes and materials of the utilities shall be shown on the <br />base map. <br />d. Project's Close -Out Meeting with the City. <br />i. Consultant shall meet with the City and prepare an agenda to discuss the <br />project's deliverables. <br />Deliverables of the base map include but not limited to: <br />• City approved AutoCAD 2009 and Autodesk Civil 3D drawing files <br />(including all point files) of the Project Limits <br />• Record drawings requested from utility companies in PDF format <br />2. The Consultant shall perform Boundary Survey, as requested, for the City by <br />researching record maps on file with the County of San Mateo, City right-of-way <br />and title records, and applicable deeds under the supervision of a Licensed Land <br />Surveyor. The Consultant shall locate all controlling monumentation shown and <br />reference in public records. The Consultant shall also tie the controlling <br />monumentation to the project, boundaries. <br />3. The Consultant shall prepare, as requested, a Legal Description of the real <br />properties and right -of- way within the RAUUD; and shall be written, signed & <br />stamped by the Consultant's Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />4.
