(i) sequential numbering or other means of tracking submittals; <br />(ii) the dates of: submission of a submittal to the PM from a Contractor, the PM's <br />transmittal of each submittal to the Architect, the Architect's response to the <br />submittal and the PM's transmittal of the Architect's submittal response to <br />the Contractor; and, <br />(iii) brief summary of Architect's submittal response, including the requirement, <br />if any, for revised or additional submittals. <br />A long lead item submittal log and procurement schedule may be incorporated <br />into the Submittal Log, or prepared separately. These may be prepared by either <br />the Architect or Contractor. <br />The PM shall ensure the preparation, implementation of processes and <br />procedures, and accuracy of a Submittal Log, long lead item log, and <br />procurement schedule. These shall be available for review, inspection and/or <br />reproduction by the CITY upon request. <br />3.6 Proiect Progress. <br />3.6.1 Public Outreach. PM shall assist CITY in CITY's public outreach as defined in <br />the Project's Construction Management Plan. <br />3.6.2 Contractor's Schedules. PM shall recommend a process and procedure for <br />documentation and tracking of the Contractor(s)' schedule. PM shall review the <br />Contractor's construction schedules and updates thereof for: <br />(i) verification of conformity to the requirements established in the construction <br />contract for the Project; <br />(ii) verification that all necessary activities to complete construction of the Project <br />in accordance with the design documents and the construction contract for the <br />Project are reflected in the Contractor's schedules; <br />(iv) verification that the duration for construction activities are reasonable; and, <br />(v) if required by the terms of the construction contract for the Project, verification that <br />the Contractor's schedules incorporate requirements for manpower and other <br />resources necessary for the Contractor's construction of the Project. <br />The PM shall establish a baseline and document and track the following for <br />deviations: <br />(i) float; <br />(ii) critical path; and <br />(iii) activity progress including late completion of activities and the resulting impacts; <br />If the PM, upon review of the Contractor's schedules is unable to verify any of the <br />matters set forth above, the PM shall coordinate with the Contractor to obtain this <br />information. Where Contractor does not comply with PM's request, PM shall <br />notify the CITY in writing of such inability, along with recommendations for <br />actions of the Contractor or modifications to the Contractor's schedules so that <br />REV: 08-21-19 PR <br />
