completed in compliance with CEQA for the revision to the Development Plan <br />described above, to wit: The construction of an office building consisting of <br />approximately 290,000 square feet and a 5-story, 760-stall parking structure <br />(collectively, the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to approval of the Second Amendment, this Council <br />desires to certify that the Addendum, together with the FEIR, was presented to <br />this Council, and that this Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained therein in accordance with CEQA, the State CEQA Guidelines (14 <br />CCR § 15000, et seq.), and this City's regulations implementative of CEQA; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds and determines that the foregoing recitals <br />are true statements of fact. <br /> <br /> 2. Having considered all of the evidence, both documentary and oral, <br />submitted in connection with the certification of the Addendum and the <br />proceedings upon the application by the Developer, and having considered the <br />FEIR and the Addendum, this Council hereby finds that the Project may have a <br />significant effect on the environment, that some of the potential significant effects <br />shall be mitigated or avoided by the changes or alterations which have been <br />required in, or incorporated into, the Project; that some changes or alterations <br />are within the responsibility and jurisdiction of another public agency or other <br />public agencies and can, or should be, adopted by said agency or agencies; and <br /> <br />Reso-49 3 <br />G:~hared\Redwoo~Council <br />06/20/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
