and considered in the FEIR; provided, that light emanating from the <br /> Project may have a significant effect which could be distracting or <br /> unpleasant. Such potential effects shall be mitigated to an acceptable <br /> level by the preparation and implementation of a lighting plan which shall <br /> be submitted to the City for review and approval prior to installation. <br /> Monitoring of said mitigation shall be accomplished pursuant to said plan <br /> by the Developer and the City. <br /> <br /> (c) Hydroloqical. Stormwater drainage from the Project may, <br /> unless appropriate design is provided, result in flooding of the Project area <br /> and the vicinity thereof. Said potential hydrological effect shall be <br /> mitigated to an acceptable level through the preparation and <br /> implementation of a stormwater drainage plan in compliance with <br /> engineering criteria established by the City and, further, in compliance <br /> with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") <br /> guidelines and regulations pertaining to stormwater management. <br /> Monitoring of said mitigation shall be provided by the Developer and the <br /> City through implementation of said plan and as a condition of the <br /> Planned Development Permit. <br /> <br /> (d) Traffic and Circulation.
