of signal phasing at the Marine Parkway/Oracle Parkway west intersection <br /> for north-south approaches. <br /> <br /> The foregoing mitigation measures shall be implemented and <br /> monitored as a condition to the Planned Development Permit, and <br /> pursuant to the Second Amendment. <br /> <br /> The Project will also result in an unmitigatable adverse impact <br /> regarding traffic congestion on State Highway 101.
