share funding mechanisms, which include all existing and future Redwood <br /> Shores non-residential developments on an equitable basis for the <br /> construction of off-site traffic mitigation improvements. <br /> <br /> Implementation and monitoring of the foregoing mitigation <br /> measures shall be carried out pursuant to the Planned Development <br /> Permit and the Second Amendment. <br /> <br /> (e) Air Quality. Motor vehicle trips to and from the Project will <br /> cause a significant effect upon regional air quality. Likewise, the <br /> cumulative impacts of motor vehicle trips associated with the Project are <br /> significant. The foregoing impacts shall be reduced by the same <br /> mitigation measures described hereinabove in paragraph (d) for traffic and <br /> circulation impacts. Similarly, implementation and monitoring of said <br /> mitigation measures shall be provided pursuant to the Planned <br /> Development Permit and the Second Amendment. <br /> <br /> 3. The mitigation implementation and monitoring program, described in <br />the findings hereinabove, is hereby approved and adopted for the Project. <br /> <br /> 4. Alternatives to the Project, including no project, have been considered <br />by this Council and have been found not to mitigate or lessen significant <br />unavoidable impacts, or have been rejected as infeasible.
