c. Valet parking program is required for the life of the project. Any request to remove the <br />valet parking program will require approval of the City Council. Removal of the valet <br />parking program may require additional environmental analysis. <br />d. The valet parking staff shall re -park vehicles located in the drive aisles into parking <br />stalls once stalls become available. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />59. Parking Data & Signage Shared Parking — As the parking is to be shared, the applicant <br />shall: <br />a. Install a digital sign at the garage entrance identifying when parking is open to the <br />public and real-time parking availability. <br />b. Provide real-time parking occupancy data, for the periods the garage is open to the <br />public, to the City or its designated vendor through a standard API (Application <br />Program Interface). [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />60. Verification for Dimensions — All dimensions, including building location on the site, <br />setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. A survey report shall <br />be provided to the Building Inspector for review and approval. [COA][BUILDING] <br />61. Sales and Use Taxes — Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with the Board of <br />Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and operation. This maximizes the <br />City's allocation of sales and use taxes associated with project construction. Hours of Construction — On -Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, <br />and shall adhere to the City's Noise Ordinance. If possible, the noisiest construction <br />activities would be scheduled for daytime hours when the ambient noise levels are highest. <br />[SDR][BUILDING] <br />63. Construction Sign - Prior to the start of any construction work, including demolition, install <br />at least one 36" x 48" (minimum) construction sign in a visible location along the project <br />frontage for the duration of construction. The sign shall include, at minimum, the following <br />information: project name & address, elevation or rendering, construction manager (name, <br />phone number), anticipated completion (season, year), and the City's permitting website <br />http:Hpermits. redwood city. orp [COA][PLANNING] <br />Other Agency Permits <br />64. Joint Powers Board / Caltrain - The applicant shall contact the Joint Powers Board to <br />obtain all necessary encroachment permits or right of entry agreements for any work in or <br />affecting their property. Emergency Responder Radio Communications System —The project is required to have <br />an Emergency Responder Radio Communications System (ERRCS) installed in <br />accordance with CFC 510 and NFPA 1221.
