Guarantee and Warranty of Work <br />The Contractor shall guarantee all work performed under the agreement against defects <br />resulting from the use of substandard materials, equipment or workmanship one year <br />from the date of service. <br />During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall be <br />responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the City <br />regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The Contractor will <br />notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details of each incident. <br />G. Quality of Work <br />All work shall be performed according to City and/or industry standards and to the <br />complete satisfaction of the City. All parts and materials installed shall be the <br />manufacturer's authorized parts or specifically approved by the City in writing prior to <br />installation. Unsatisfactory work shall be immediately corrected by the Contractor at no <br />additional cost to the City. <br />H. Invoicing <br />Contractor will submit monthly invoices to: <br />Public Works Services Department <br />Attn: Public Works Superintendent — Water <br />1400 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Invoices will include a description of service(s) performed, the number of staff and labor <br />hours, description of parts, equipment type and hours, and quantity and cost of parts. <br />I.
