03/11/2013 <br /> 8. Applicant shall obtain a Sign Permit prior to sign installation. <br /> 9. The project shall meet all other necessary Engineering, Fire and Building <br /> Department conditions of approval including, but not limited to the conditions lists below. <br /> 10. Applicant shall submit a tree protection plan showing that all trees 12-inches in <br /> diameter and larger to remain will be protected during construction. <br /> 11. Applicant shall post PerFormance and Labor & Materials Bonds for all <br /> improvements to be dedicated to the City. <br /> 12. Where applicable, the Applicant shall install underground facilities per Redwood <br /> City's new development standards. <br /> 13. Applicant shall pay all applicable water, recycled water, wastewater, and <br /> transportation related fees prior to permit issuance. <br /> 14. For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or more, <br /> applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General Permit (General Permit). <br /> The NOI shall indicate the applicant's intent to comply with the San Mateo Countywide <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> Plan (SWPPP). (www.scrcb.ca.gov/stormwtr/construction.html). <br /> 15. Plans shall be designed to meet the C3 requirements of the Municipal Regional <br /> Permit (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008. <br /> 16. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices (BMPs) <br /> for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in accordance with the <br /> approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are <br /> available electronically for inserting into project plans. <br /> 17. Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Permit from the Engineering and <br /> Construction division for any grading exceeding 50 cubic yards. <br /> 18. Applicant shall complete the City's "NPDES Permit Compliance Checklist", and <br /> provide for permanent stormwater control measures selected from the City's "Local <br /> Source Control Measures List", as appropriate. Refer to "Start at Source", a Manual by <br /> BASMMA for guidance regarding appropriate stormwater treatment measures. <br /> 19. Normally scheduled construction activities shall adhere to the City's Noise <br /> Ordinance. In addition, if possible, the noisiest construction activities would be <br /> scheduled for daytime hours when the ambient noise levels are highest. <br /> 20.
