11/18/2013 <br /> the (easing office will have direct access from public parking in the parking structure through <br /> back doors.A drive-up ATM is included in the parking structure and a walk-up ATM will be <br /> located at the front of the SMCU branch. <br /> The residential wrap units on the second and third floors as well as aN of the tower units <br /> take their access through single and double loaded corridors leading to the elevators and <br /> stairwells.All three parking levels and the podium are accessed through the elevator <br /> lobbies as well as at various points along the internal corridors. <br /> Mailbox rooms are located off each of the three ground floor lobbies.Trash chutes and <br /> recycling chutes in each of the three towers lead to bins within the trash rooms on the <br /> ground-floor of the parking garage. The bins are towed or pushed out the driveway entrances <br /> to curb-side on Middlefield and lefferson on pick up days. <br /> Parkin�Manasement <br /> Parking for the project will be provided in a three story concrete parking structure set one <br /> level below grade and wrapped with residential and retail use on three s�des. The ground <br /> floor level of the garage will be separated between retail parking and residential parking <br /> through an internaf security fence.The basement level and the 2"d level will be 10096 <br /> residential parking. The garage will be accessed by three driveways at the middle,ground <br /> floor level. Two ofthese driveways will take access offlefferson,one serving residential <br /> parking and the other serving retail parking.The third driveway will take access off <br /> Middlefield and will serve only the residential parking. Right and left turns into and out of the <br /> garage will be allowed at all driveways. <br /> The retail parkin�will be shared parking,with the general public having access after <br /> business hours.The public parking will require payment through a ticket and gate system <br /> similar to other RWC parkin� lots. There will be approximately 52 shared retail spaces <br /> provided. Twelve will be assigned to the leasing office during business hours and 40 to <br /> the Credit Union.A 24 hour direct pedestrian access to the street from the retail parking <br /> will be provided. A drive through ATM will be installed within the retail portion of the <br /> parking garage. <br /> Residential parking will be provided on all three levels of the parking structure.Two <br /> controlled access driveways will serve the residential traffic,one on lefferson Ave and one <br /> on Middlefield Road. Internal speed ramps at the northern end of the facility will provide <br /> vehicle access between parking levels.Size and distributivn of parking spaces is detailed in <br /> Table 2 below. <br /> Parking spaces will be unbundled from the apartment units.Spaces will be leased to tenants <br /> on an as needed basis to satisfy the Precise Plan vision of"Just enough parking". Each space <br /> shall be numbered and assigned.Those residential wrap units that take access off hallways <br /> along the perimeter of each garage level shall be assigned spaces on their respective level. <br /> All spaces shall be assigned based in part on the type of vehicle being parked,with the more <br /> accessible spaces being reserved for the larger vehicles.
