LSA ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />APRIL 2018 <br />Table 1: Mitigation Monitoring and ReportirW Program <br />Impact <br />TRA -2 Continued <br />TRA -3: Development of the <br />proposed project and the project <br />variant, combined with <br />cumulative development in the <br />defined geographic area, <br />including past, present, existing, <br />approved, pending, and <br />reasonably foreseeable future <br />development, would contribute <br />a considerable amount of traffic <br />and increase the average vehicle <br />delay by more than the five <br />seconds at Broadway/Woodside <br />Road/US 101 Southbound Off - <br />Ramp (Intersection 46) during <br />the AM peak hour. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />• A process for responding to, and tracking, complaints <br />pertaining to construction activity, including <br />identification of an on-site complaint manager; and <br />• Provisions for pedestrian, bicycle, and transit circulation <br />through the congestion zone, including maintaining <br />pedestrian and bicycle access between the bridge over <br />Redwood Creek and Blomquist Street sidewalks and <br />bike lanes. <br />TRA -3: Additional capacity along the Woodside Road <br />corridor shall be added and improvements to the US <br />101/SR 84 interchange shall be made pursuant to the US <br />101/SR 84 Interchange Improvement Project. The project <br />applicant shall contribute its fair share contribution to the <br />improvements.
