issuance, submit a construction parking management plan, which shall outline <br />the number of construction workers by phase, phase duration, where parking will <br />be located for each phase. Construction parking, material storage, equipment, <br />or other construction- related uses are not allowed within the City right of way <br />without prior approval from the City Engineer. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />80. Lane Closures - Traffic control for lane closures shall conform to the Work Area <br />Traffic Control Handbook. Street closures require submission of traffic control <br />plans and approval in advance. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />81. Winterizing If construction is not complete by the start of the wet season October <br />1 through April 30), implement a winterization program to minimize the potential <br />for erosion and sedimentation. As appropriate to the site and status of <br />construction, winterization requirements shall include <br />inspecting/maintaining/cleaning all soil erosion and sedimentation controls prior <br />to, during, and immediately after each storm event; stabilizing disturbed soils <br />through temporary or permanent seeding, mulching, matting, tarping or other <br />physical means; rocking unpaved vehicle access to limit dispersion of much onto <br />public right-of-way; and covering/tarping stored construction materials, fuels, and <br />other chemicals. Plans to include proposed measures to prevent erosion and <br />polluted runoff from all site conditions shall be submitted for approval by CDD <br />prior to beginning construction. As site conditions warrant, the City Engineer may <br />direct the applicant to implement additional winterization requirements. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br />82. Grading Grading shall be performed in accordance with the City's Engineering <br />Standards. Soil or other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the <br />public right-of-way. Submit cut/fill volumes (CY) for all soils to be imported to or <br />exported from the site. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />83. Monitoring The Soils Engineer shall conduct continuous site inspections <br />during trenching and backfill operations at the applicant's expense. The Soils <br />Engineer shall take compaction tests and submit the results to Engineering & <br />Construction. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />North Main Street Specific Proiects <br />84. Notice of Airport Proximity- Provide the following "Notice of Airport in Vicinity" to <br />all tenants prior to execution of any lease per the NMPP: <br />NOTICE OF AIRPORT IN VICINITY <br />This property is presently located in the vicinity of an airport, within what is <br />known as the airport influence area.
