This report will <br />include summary-level results of the workshop as well as detailed photographs or transcriptions of all <br />wallgraphics, activity results, comment cards received, and other documentation of the workshops. The <br />report will also provide specific direction to the Project Team on any changes to the plan suggested by the <br />community. <br /> <br />MIG will provide one full-color electronic copy if the report to the City. <br /> <br />B12: Workshop Activity Materials (Workshop 9) <br /> <br />Deliverable #10: Round 4 Workshop Materials <br /> <br />Due fry: October 2008 <br /> <br />MIG will develop innovative, hands-on materials tailored to support the final workshop, including <br />presentation materials, comment cards, and up to six (6) appropriate maps for the workshop. <br /> <br />MIG will provide all materials to the City in full-color electronic format at least ten days bifore the event (or earlier as needed if <br />agreed upon with the City in advance). The City will be responsible for printing and plotting materials as needed <br /> <br />B13: Workshop Round Four (Workshop 9) <br />Dates: October 2008 <br /> <br />The final workshop will consist of one large two-hour workshop to present the draft plan. The MIG Team <br />will present draft streets cape plans and mobility improvement strategies based on the months of work the <br />community has done. Residents will have a chance to comment on the designs, suggest changes or <br />improvements, and shape the final product. <br /> <br />MIG will provide no fewer than four staff members for the three-hour large workshops, no fewer than three stciff members for the <br />two-hour large workshops, and no fewer than two staff members for the smaller meetings and community conversations. At all <br />workshops, at least one Spanish-speaking staff member will be available. MIG will collaborate with the City to identifj <br />appropriate meeting space for each workshop. The City will be responsible for a'!)l rental fees or other costs associated with the use <br />if meeting spaces.
