Has egress to safe open ground level. <br />Displaced Person - A person or household who must move due to nonresidential <br />development on the site occupied by the person or household who must move due to <br />code enforcement abatement or Compliance Order based on habitability of the unit or <br />condition of the structure. <br />Dwelling - Place of permanent or usual residence of a person and is Single Family, <br />Multi Family, Multi purpose, condominium or cooperative, mobile home or other <br />residential unit. <br />Fixed Moving Expense Payment - The payment schedule for moving and dislocation <br />allowance payments, sets forth moving expense payments for California pursuant to <br />Section 6098 of Title 25 of the California Administrative Code. <br />Moving Expense $300.00 <br />Dislocation Allowance $200.00 <br />$500.00 <br />Household Income - from all sources of all persons in a household over the age of 18, <br />including employment, self employment, awards and grants from social service <br />organizations, pensions, annuities, and any other sources of revenue as defined by the <br />Internal Revenue Service and the Taxation Code. Median income, used to define low <br />and very low income, is based on HUD's Section 8 standards defining median income <br />for San Mateo County which is adjusted by family size. Refer to Exhibit VII for most <br />recent income guidelines. <br />Inhabitable Dwelling - Means rental units where severe health and safety violations <br />exist to the extent that the Building Official has determined the conditions in the unit <br />unfit for human occupancy based on adopted codes and ordinances related to housing <br />quality standards. <br />Lower Income Person /Household - Low income person /household means an <br />individual or family whose average monthly income does not exceed 80% of the median <br />income for the area, as determined by Section 8 limits established by U. S. Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development, with adjustments for smaller or larger families. <br />Maximum Occupancy - For purpose of determining occupancy size based on the <br />number of people per bedroom.
