4/3/00 <br />Two Bedroom 2 - 4 persons <br />Three Bedroom 5 - 8 persons <br />NonResidential Use - Conversion of residential units, by demolition or rehabilitation to <br />other than residential use. <br />Personal Property — Those items of personal property inside the unit such as furniture, <br />clothing, foods, etc., excluding property stored on the premises which would be deemed <br />to constitute a violation of the City's Zoning Ordinance or City Code such as dangerous <br />animals or inoperable vehicles, and excluding any other items which are not contained <br />in the unit and which are not furnishings, clothing or food items, such as operable <br />vehicles, bicycles, boats, camper shells, trailers, accessory storage structures and their <br />contents. <br />Relocation Assistance Payments Calculation <br />The amount of payment available to a displaced household shall be computed by <br />subtracting 48 times the base monthly rental of the displaced person from 48 times the <br />monthly rental for a comparable replacement dwelling.
