<br /> <br />7A <br />Page 62 <br /> <br />Traffic calming on Newcastle Drive: As a result of the traffic studies prepared in conjunction with <br />this project, residents of Hampton Oaks Phase Two have had their concerns about cut-through <br />traffic on Newcastle fully validated. We have conducted a survey of the Hampton Oaks Phase Two <br />property owners (which are on or feed Newcastle), and they voted 90% in favor of closing the <br />intersection at Horgan and Newcastle with bollards to reduce traffic through their neighborhood <br />and near our tot lot.
