PERMITTEE'S OBLIGATION OF REMOVAL. permi ttee shall, <br /> <br /> <br />upon receipt of notice so to do, and within such time limit as <br /> <br /> <br />may be fixed by said notice, alter, remove, or relocate at the <br /> <br /> <br />expense of Permittee the said improvements or any portion thereof <br /> <br /> <br />to such extent as may be necessary, in City's opinion, to avoid <br /> <br /> <br />interference with any pipe, street, or utility facility or other <br /> <br /> <br />structure now or hereafter to be constructed by the City, or with <br /> <br /> <br />any operations of the City of Redwood City, or with any use by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City of the Subject Premises. <br /> <br />7. REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS. Permi ttee acknowledges and <br /> <br /> <br />agrees that upon revocation of this permit, at its own cost and <br /> <br />expense remove all improvements constructed in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 3 hereof, and all other property placed upon the <br /> <br />Subject Premises. <br /> <br />8. RELEASE. Permi ttee shall be solely responsible and <br /> <br /> <br />liable for all damages to persons or property, including the <br /> <br />injury or death of persons, due directly or indirectly to <br /> <br />Permittee's construction and/or maintenance of the said <br /> <br /> <br />improvements, and the use permitted hereunder, and shall promptly <br /> <br /> <br />pay any just claim therefor and shall defend, indemnify and hold <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> <br /> <br />commissions, agents and employees, harmless from all suits, <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />""'7.48 <br />q' <br />, U ,- ... <br />
