<br />cost and expense. <br /> <br />6. MANNER OF CONSTRUCTION. Permittee shall carefully <br /> <br />install said improvements in such manner as not to damage, <br /> <br /> <br />interfere with, or obstruct the use of City-owned real property <br /> <br />not included in this permit adjacent to and abutting the Subject <br /> <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> <br /> <br />If Permittee so damages, interferes with, or obstructs the <br /> <br /> <br />use of City-owned real property not included in this permit, <br /> <br />Permi ttee shall bear all costs and expense thereby incurred by <br /> <br /> <br />City, agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors, and <br /> <br />Permittee shall reimburse City, agents, employees, contractors or <br /> <br />subcontractors for such cost and expense of City upon demand by <br /> <br />Ci ty. Permi ttee further acknowledges and agrees that in the <br /> <br />event of removal, damage, destruction or otherwise altering of <br /> <br />the condition of said improvements by third parties, Permittee <br /> <br /> <br />shall reconstruct, reinstall, and repair said improvements at its <br /> <br /> <br />own cost and expense upon request of City so to do. <br /> <br />7. REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee acknowledges and <br /> <br /> <br />agrees that upon revocation of this permit, upon thirty (30) days <br /> <br /> <br />prior notice, Permittee shall at its own cost and expense remove <br /> <br /> <br />all improvements described in paragraph 3 hereof, and all other <br /> <br />property placed upon the Subject Premises. <br /> <br />8. RELEASE. Permi ttee shall be solely responsible and <br /> <br /> <br />liable for all damages to persons or property, including the <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11129 <br />
