Envelopes must be satis- factory for use in connection with inserting machine. Cost of envelopes to be paid directly by City upon re- ceipt of proper invoice from~Supplier. To order from supplier designated by City, Polling Place Notice and/or Label stock for use in mailing election matter to eligible registered voters. Cost of Notices and/or/Labels to be paid directly by City upon receipt of proper invoice from Supplier. (6) Select Polling Places: Including performance of what- ever field work may be necessary to complete such selection, prepare, process and mail polling place agreement forms.
