Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

To the extent practicable, <br />Authority's Manager shall give written notice to a <br />permittee of any proposed modification, amendment or <br />revision not less than 30 days prior to the effective <br />date of such modification, amendment or revision. To <br />the extent reasonably necessary or appropriate, <br />Authority's Manager may specify a reasonable time <br />schedule for compliance with any new conditions, <br />provisions, or requirements established by <br />modification, amendment or revision to a permit. <br /> "Section 27.31.10. Non-Assignability. Wastewater <br />discharge permits shall be personal to each permittee, <br />and shall relate only to the use or operation described <br />therein. No Person shall assign, reassign, sell, lease, <br />sublet, or otherwise transfer a Wastewater discharge <br />permit, or any interest therein, to any Person other <br />than the permittee, or use, cause to be used, or permit <br />to be used, such permit in connection with a different <br />Premises, or a different operation than that specified <br />in the permit, or with a new, expanded, or modified <br />operation. <br /> "Section 27.32. Administration. <br /> "Section 27.32.1.
