<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br />failure of the Building Official to find the facts <br />required by Subsection (b) of Section 27.55 may, within <br />ten (10) days after notice of such determination of the <br />Building Official, appeal the denial thereof to the <br />City Council by filing with the City Clerk a written <br />request for a review of the decision of the Building <br />Official and stating facts supporting such a request. <br />Hearing on the appeal shall be held by the City Council <br />within thirty (30) days from the date of filing the <br />notice of appeal. The appellant, the Building Official <br />and such other persons as the Council may deem <br />appropriate, shall be heard at the hearing on such <br />appeal. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Council <br />may affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the <br />Building Official insofar as the required findings are <br />concerned. If the Council fails to make a decision <br />within thirty (30) days after the date of the filing of <br />such appeal, the decision of the Building Official <br />shall be deemed to be affirmed. The Council's <br />determination on the appeal shall be final. <br /> "Section 27.57. Revocation.
