The fees <br /> provided in this Section 27.101 are in addition to all <br /> other fees pertaining to connection to and/ or use of <br /> the Sewerage Facilities. No plumbing permit and no <br /> building permit involving the installation of plumbing <br /> facilities shall be issued by the Building Official <br /> until the applicable fees provided in Subdivisions ( a) <br /> and (b) have been paid or provision therefor has <br /> otherwise been made. No discharge permit issued <br /> pursuant to Section 27.10(b), 27.11, or Article IV by <br /> Authority's Manager, the issuance of which pertains to <br /> the connection of a User's Premises to the Sewerage <br /> Facilities, shall be effective unless and until the <br /> fees provided in Subdivisions (a) and (b) , of this <br /> Section 27.101, have been paid or provision therefor <br /> has otherwise been made. <br /> "Section 27.102. Construction Costs. For the <br /> construction by the City of a Sewer Lateral pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Section 27.54, the applicant for the <br /> installation of such lateral shall pay the sum of Two <br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) for the <br /> construction of a four-inch diameter Sewer Lateral or <br /> 68 <br />
