POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND <br />UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to extend the time by which poles and <br />overhead wire shall be removed and underground service provided; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish the u.'~e of underground <br />conversion allocation pursuant to decision by the Public Utilities Commission of <br />the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article II of Chapter 11 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with § 11.30), proceedings for <br />the amendment of Ordinance Section 2099 were instituted by Resolution No. <br />12694, adopted February 12,1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 12694 sets forth the amendments and <br />the time and place for hearing objections to the amendment to Ordinance <br />Section 2099; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was provided by mailing and <br />publication in accordance with Section 11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Monday, Mamh 11, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter <br />as the matter could be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of <br />Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, City of Redwood City, California, the <br />following objections were received: <br /> <br /> Oral or Written <br /> <br />Name & Address of Obiector Obiection Nature of Obiection <br /> (None received) <br /> <br />Ord-002 2 <br />FXS:rg <br />02/05/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
