<br /> SWC:sh 7/26/85 <br />the General Plan and has recommended to this Council that the <br />Agreement be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, after noticed public hearing and upon finding that <br />the Agreement is consistent with the General Plan, this Council, <br />also acting on behalf of the District desires to approve and <br />authorize execution of the Agreement with Westport; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, FOR ITSELF AND ON <br />BEHALF OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l. This Council hereby finds, declares and <br />concludes as follows: <br /> (a) The proposed Agreement was reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission after public hearing duly noticed, and forwarded by <br />said Commission to this Council with the recommendation that the <br />Agreement be approved. <br /> (b) This Council held a duly noticed public hearing on the <br />proposed Agreement on August 12, 1985, at which hearing all <br />persons interested in the matter were heard or afforded an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> (c) This Council has reviewed and considered the <br />information contained in the aforesaid EIR and supplemental <br />reports, the Barton-Aschman study; the Planning Commission <br />Report; the testimony, both oral and documentary, made and <br />submitted at the public hearing on the proposed Agreement and all <br />other matters deemed material and relevant to the proposed <br />Agreement. <br /> 2 <br /> 1917 <br /> - <br /> - _.u....._ <br />
