Newsom's rental regulations effective 01/01/2020. <br />I don't know many people here that are tenants but I suspect the same is happening here as well. <br />My question is what is the Redwood City Government doing about this? <br />What can I as a prospective long teen Redwood City resident do about this ? <br />Thank you in advance for your prompt response. <br />A.
