We discussed my situation and and asked me to write you a letter.
I was given a paper taped to my door while I was out of town on October 1, 2019 of a
Notice of Termination of Tenancy. I also received the same notice in the mail on October 3,
2019.
This eviction notice has been quite a surprise.
I was advised by Legal Aid that my landlord can file for eviction lawsuit on or after
November 30, 2019.
I have every intention to fight the eviction. I have paid my November 1, 2019 rent as of this
writing and plan on 4 months of my rent by November 30, 2019.
The have been residing at my Redwood City studio apartment since July, 2016.
There is no reason for my eviction other than the fact that my landlord might be able to
rent my apartment for more than my rent due to more than 20K of improvements that I've
done to the place.
