Through the course of the years, I've had many incidents in this apartment that would warrant <br />concern as a tenant: nails on my tires, theft, strangers in the apts, lack of parking. <br />Everytime my landlord has a concern, Rich my handyman have directly communicated with <br />my landlord. <br />My landlord's latest issues are: removal of plants outside, removal of storage outside, my cat. <br />I was out of town for 2.5 weeks. My handyman took care of all the above issues within 30 days <br />of my landlord complaint. <br />I just gave away my cat that I've had since 2018 — my landlord had tenants with pets before <br />(rabbit, dog). <br />At this point, my landlord has no reason to evict me. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me for any other issues.
