Articles fV, V, VI, VI1, and V�il of Chapter 9 of#he Redwood Ci#y Municipal <br /> Code are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTlON 2. Sections 9.5(A)(�2} and 9.15 of Article !! of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City <br /> Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 9.5. DEFINITIONS: For purpose of this Article, the following words <br /> and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this <br /> Section: <br /> 12. Whenever any building or structure has been constructed, exisfis or is <br /> maintained in violation of any specific requirement or prohibition applicable ta <br /> such building or structure provided by the building reguiations of this City, as <br /> specifred in the (nternational Building Code, 2006 Edition, International Property <br /> Maintenance Code, 2006 Edition, or of any !aw or ordinance of this State or City <br /> relating to the condition, locafiion or struc#ure of buildings. <br /> Sec. 9.15. EFFECT ON BUILDING C4DE: The provisions of this Article shall <br /> be construed as an alfiernative procedure to the procedure for the elimination of unsafe <br /> buildings set forth in Section �15 of the Building Code adopted by Section 9.40." <br /> {Ord.
