All trucks haufing demolition debris from the site shall be covered; and <br /> c. Whenever possibie, dust-praof chutes shall be used for loading debris <br /> onto trucks. <br /> 2. Alf Construction Phases. Require impfementation of the foliowing dus# controi <br /> measures by constructian contractors during all construction phases: <br /> a. Water a11 active construction areas at least twice daily and more often <br /> during windy periads. Active construction areas adjacent to existing land <br /> uses must be kept damp at all times, or must be treated with non-toxic <br /> stabilizers or dust palliatives; <br /> b. Water ar cover all stockpiles af debris, soil, sand, or other ma#erials that <br /> can be blown by the wind; <br /> c. Cover all trucks ha�iing soil, sand, and o#her loose materials, or require <br /> all trucks to maintain at least two feet of freeboard; <br /> d. Pave, appiy water three times daily, or apply (non-#oxic} sail stabilizers an <br /> a!I unpaved access raads, parking areas, and s#aging areas at <br /> constructian sites; <br /> e. Sweep daily (pre#erably with water sweepers)a{! paved access road, <br /> parking areas, and staging areas a� construction sites; <br /> f. Sweep streeYs daily (preferably with water sweepers) if visibfe soiE <br /> materiai is carried onto adjacent public streets; <br /> g. Hydroseed or apply non-toxic soil stabilizers to inactive construction <br /> areas; <br /> h. Enclose, cover, water twica daily, or apply non-toxic soi! binders to <br /> exposed stackpiles (dirt, sand, etc.}; <br /> i. Limit tra�c speeds on unpaved roads ta 15 miles per hour; <br /> j. Install sandbags or other erosion control measures to prevent silt runoff to <br /> public roadways; and <br /> k.
