The EIR Addendum identified two sign�cant <br /> impacts to traffic; specificaily the intersections at EI Camino Real and Whipple Avenue <br /> and the intersection of Whipple Avenue and Veferans Boulevard. According to the EIR <br /> Consultant the Peninsula Park project alone won't send those intersections into grid <br /> lock.
