commitment to construction of the following improvements, the <br /> costs of which shall be borne by the Project Proponent in <br /> proportion to benefits conferred thereby upon the Project including, <br /> if appropriate, full funding: Northbound and southbound auxiliary <br /> lanes on US 101 between the Whipple Avenue and Woodside <br /> Road intemhanges and between the Woodside Road and Marsh <br /> Road interchanges. Said mitigation shall result in LOS B, or <br /> better, reducing traffic impacts to an insignificant level. <br /> <br /> (vi) Summary of Traffic and Circulation Mitiqation Measures-for <br /> convenience of reference (and not as a limitation upon description <br /> or implementation of mitigation measures) attached hereto, marked <br /> Exhibit "A," is a copy of Table 3.3-21 from the FEIR (FEIR pp. <br /> 3.3.39-3.3-40) entitled, "Summary of Mitigation Measures At <br /> Significantly Impacted Facilities," summarizing the mitigation <br /> measures to address traffic and circulation impacts, and a copy of <br /> Figure 3.3-3 from the FEIR (FEIR, pp. 3.3-44) entitled, <br /> "Recommended Improvements at Significantly Impacted <br /> Intersections," marked Exhibit "B.' which Exhibits are incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> As hereinabove provided, said mitigation measures (with the <br /> exception of the unmitigatable impact) shall be implemented by <br /> requiring, as conditions of Project approvals or other entitlements, <br /> <br />DSS:rg 12 <br />Reso-25a <br />G:~shamd',Redwood~Council <br /> <br />04/01/96R <br /> <br /> <br />
