Further, <br /> Project design shall insure that all drainage is directed away from <br /> Bay waters, sloughs, and tributaries thereof into a storm drainage <br /> system approved by the City as a condition or conditions of permits <br /> or other entitlements. The Project storm drain system shall include <br /> a pre-treatment plan to eliminate petrochemical pollutants from <br /> water runoff. <br /> <br /> Water content of fill may impact varying strengths of soils within the <br /> Property, the effect of which may be exacerbated by excess <br /> landscaping water. Said potential effect shall be mitigated through <br /> the installation of French drains or other suitable devices for <br /> landscaped areas. Said mitigation shall be implemented and <br /> monitored by conditions upon permits or other entitlements for the <br /> Project. <br /> <br /> Construction activities associated with the Project may adversely <br /> affect water quality. Said potential impact shall be mitigated <br /> through the incorporation of best available mitigation measures <br /> ("BAMMs"), including a "Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan," as <br /> established by the State Water Resources Control Board.
