(iv) Sanitary Sewera.qe System. Sewage flow estimated to be <br /> generated by the Project is 110,000 to 130,000 gallons per day. <br /> Treatment, transmission, and disposal capacity shall be subject to <br /> availability, and if available, said capacity and facilities shall be the <br /> subject of future agreement or agreements with the City and/or <br /> conditions of future entitlements. The City acknowledges that it <br /> has heretofore approved a transfer of treatment capacity rights <br /> intended for use of the Project. Costs of operation and <br /> maintenance of a sewer infrastructure shall be provided through a <br /> maintenance district. <br /> <br /> (v) Storm Draina.qe. Storm drainage for the Project shall be <br /> provided through a storm drainage plan subject to the approval of <br /> the City. Provision for the necessary infrastructure and related <br /> improvements by the Project Proponent shall be the subject of <br /> future agreement or agreements with the City and/or as conditions <br /> to permits or other entitlements. Costs of operation and <br /> maintenance of the storm drainage system for the Project shall be <br /> provided through a maintenance district. <br /> <br /> (vi) Parks and Recreation. Provision of parks and recreation <br /> facilities by the Project Proponent shall be the subject of a future <br /> agreement or agreements with the City and/or as conditions to <br /> permits or other entitlements.
