(vii) Utilities. Gas and electric service for the project is anticipated <br /> to be provided through the Pacific Gas & Electric Company and/or <br /> other private utilities. Provision of such service shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Project Proponent. <br /> <br /> (viii) Road Maintenance. Access to, and egress from, the Project <br /> will affect the condition of streets and roads, requiring maintenance <br /> thereof. Provision for maintenance of streets and roads by the <br /> Project Proponent shall be the subject of a future agreement or <br /> agreements with the City and/or as conditions of permits or other <br /> entitlements. Costs of operation and maintenance for such <br /> facilities shall be provided through a maintenance district. <br /> <br /> 3. The following mitigation reporting or monitoring program is hereby <br />approved and adopted for the Project: (i) That certain "Wetland Mitigation <br />Monitoring Plan" described in Appendix I, "Appendices to Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report for the Pacific Shores Center Project," dated September 1994, <br />consisting of pages I-1 through 1-54, inclusive, is hereby incorporated herein in <br />its entirety by this reference; (ii) The specific references to monitoring and <br />implementation of the mitigation measures described hereinabove in <br />subdivisions (a)-(h), inclusive, of paragraph 2, above, and correspondingly <br />described in the FEIR, are hereby approved and adopted as the means by which <br />the respective mitigation measures therein (and in the FEIR) described shall be <br />implemented and monitored; (iii) Without limitation upon the foregoing, the <br />mitigation measures described in said subdivisions and in the FEIR shall be <br /> <br />DES:rg 25 <br />Reso-25a <br />G:~shared',Redwood~Council <br />03/04/96 <br />04/01/96R <br /> <br /> <br />
