The visual impact of the industrial neighboring lands <br /> will be softened by the Iow profile buildings, walkways, and <br /> landscaping of the Project, and the Project will provide access to <br /> substantial visual amenities not now available, including visual <br /> access to waterfront areas, including West Point Slough and Greco <br /> Island.
